About us

Quality and vegan

Everything we make is crafted with carefully chosen ingredients and is vegan. Not because it's trendy, but because it offers the opportunity to back to basics, to let natural ingredients shine, and to provide options for people who have intolerances or dietary preferences for health or religious reasons.

Inspiring and surprising

The products are slightly different than you know them. Which makes it surprising and inspiring for everyone who eats it. It's pure joy at the table and on your plate!

Local and sustainable

The flour comes from a local mill that uses partially Dutch grain. This way, we at Urban Bakers ensure that we make use of what's available locally. We notice that this is appreciated, partly due to people's involvement with climate issues and responsible interaction with nature.
