At Urban Bakers we do everything different: we make everything from scratch, bake bake with sourdough and our whole range is vegan.

The bakery is located 10 minutes from the store in Aalsmeer.

We're looking for a colleague to join the team in our store. It's a small and dedicated team, that makes our customers smile.

You advise customers on which product fit best, you make coffee with an espressomachine and prepare lunches. In between you help prep the fruit for the marmelades and the vegetables for fermenting.

Urban Bakers is an artisanal bakery where we bake with sourdough and plant-based ingredients. This way, you'll discover different techniques and ingredients.

Urban Baker is a small bakery, which allows us to provide personal guidance. We help you bring out your best, gain broad knowledge, and learn to run production.

Recognized training company

Urban Bakers is a certified training company. This is useful for your internship supervisor to know. And important for you, so that your internship counts toward your education.

Interning at Urban Bakers

Are you doing a BOL or BBL program and looking for a great internship for 1 or more days per week? At Urban Bakers, you can get started right away!

We believe in working hard and laughing together. Between the jokes and fun, we'll teach you all the ins and outs of the baking trade. You can join us for bread, pastry, or the all-around program.

The advantage of an internship at Urban Bakers? You'll get the chance to help with all kinds of tasks. Going well? Then you'll gradually get more responsibility and be able to work independently.
